The fragrance is amazing, but I am wondering about the content of Vanilla in this as it did discolor to a brown. I do love the fragrance and it sticks well, but should have read the reviews instead of just going off of the no vanillin description.
Delicious Balmy Gourmand

This smells almost identical to a freshly opened box of 'Fruity Pebbles' cereal and a dense faint citrusy sugared cream. Not fruity like fruit cocktail or a produce section, but candied. IMO, it shares some of the middle nuances of the LUSH brand's 25:43. But it is not as unisex, tart, and citrusy like the opening of it. This is WAYYYYY more gourmand. BUT, it is LOVED by every single finicky tester. I used it in a hot process soap. It didn't thicken or clobber the finished batch. It DID darken the color. It changed from an avocado shade of green to a forest green as it cured. So yes, that appears to be consistent with browning.
Color update

When I created the last review, the soap had only been curing for a few days - since June, 5th, the fragrance is holding well, the color is a very dark cherry brown. It actually looks very nice, and it makes the other colors really pop out :-)
Smells wonderful

This fragrance oil smells just like the perfume from Lush. Performance in CP soap: accelerates, so plan ahead. Soap turns brown - started off as a caramel brown fresh from the mold, two days later it is a deep yellowish brown, not the darkish brown you get from most vanilla content FOs. I separated some batter out for colors, no fragrance in the colored part, so the soap looks very pretty - smells most delicious :-) Because of the acceleration, when I soap with this one again, I will separate the the batter, add half to the bottom layer, do the colored part, and then add the rest to the remaining batter just before pouring it on the top half - mind you, I always mix my colors prior to adding the fragrance oil to the batter anyway.
