Your Guide to Fragrance Oils: Common Questions Answered
Shipping
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship all of our Fragrance Oils via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently Do Not offer international shipping.
When should I expect my order to ship?
All orders placed before 5:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Can I Return My Product If It Was
Damaged in Shipping?
If you have recieved damaged good, REFUSE the shipment. We will then work with the buyer to make sure we get a return of the damaged goods and we can send out a new shipment. If your packaged arrived while you were away, contact the shipping carrier immediately! Please email us your claim number after filing with the carrier.
Fragrance Bottles
Why are some bottles fuller than others?
All of our Fragrance Oils are sold by weight and not volume. Some Fragrances weigh more than others, citrus will be filled more since it is a lighter Fragrance.
Why Are Some Fragrances Darker Or Lighter Than Others?
Depending on some of the ingredients that go into making a fragrance can affect the color of the fragrance oil. Also if you store fragrance oils for a decent amount of time, that can as well affect the color.

What Hours Are You Open?
We are open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Are You Open On Holidays?
We are not open during major U.S holidays. You may still place an order through our webstore but they will be fullfilled and processed the following open business day.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please order sample sizes before ordering in larger quantities.
Do You Offer Discounts?
We do offer discounts for special events and holidays. Sign up for our newsletter down below to stay up to date when we will be rolling out these discounts.
Do you test your fragrance oils in Candles?
We test all of our fragrance oils in a blend of CBL125 Paraffin Container Wax and Golden Brand 415 Soy with various wicks. The results on our site are from our own testing and we advise for you to do your own testing!
What Are Fragrance Usage Limits?
Fragrance IFRA Limits are the percents that you can use a single fragrance in a product. For example a product with a fragrance usage limit of 1 - 8% means you can AT MOST use 8% of fragrance in your product.
How Can I Return a Product?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Please order sample sizes before ordering in larger quantities.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can check your email box for a tracking email for your order. Also, you can track your order through our chat box at any time!
Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?
No, but having an account will allow you to see previous orders, total spent, saved addresses, and much more!
